Q: Is the diamond/gemstone genuine or lab grown? A: Except for the items listed in our "lab grown diamond" section, all other items are made of natural, genuine diamonds/gemstones
We accept returns and exchanges for unworn or unused items. Just contact us at contact@jewelolivia.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery, and ship the item back to us within 14 days of delivery.

All items must be returned in brand new condition; unused and unworn.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that may get lost in transit. We always suggest our clients use a trackable and fully insured method of shipment.
The items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.
